Random mixed news

Hey everyone! What a summer! It seems that the last six weeks have just flown by in no time at all, but my family and I have managed to fit lots in!

Firstly I just wanted to mention that I have deleted a few of my older blog posts, this is because I couldn’t find a way to turn off the comments on published posts, and there are those out there who think I need bombarding with links to porn sites and other random and inappropriate things! I had 62 comments over the weekend (obviously they all collect in my spam folder) but I decided it’s probably best just to start again! So here we are ๐Ÿ™‚

The gorgeous charity anthology, After the Rain, has now completed its run with Amazon. A massive thank you to those of you who ordered a copy, your purchases will help those living with domestic abuse via the amazing charity Hopefull Handbags! You can find them here https://www.hopefullhandbags.org/

I have some exciting news, one of my short stories will be featured in a Christmas anthology this year ๐Ÿ˜€ my story will follow Isla on her shadow walking journey. Isla will also feature in her own standalone novel at some point, I just have a couple more to release first which are more *finished*.

The next one, will of course be the sequel to The Towers. The Towers part two will drop, hopefully October now. The cover has been released on my Insta and facebook pages already, so maybe some of you have seen it! If not, then I will add it below. It’s gorgeous ๐Ÿ˜€ and I hope that the story answers some of your questions. There will be a part three, but this won’t be released until next year.

As I said, this summer has flown by! I have had some fantastic holidays and day trips with family and friends. We made a trip to Disney World in Florida, which was amazing as always (I am releasing blogs on the FB page Disney Onsite UK Guests if you’re part of that particular group) but am always on hand for any WDW related queries or to chat. I visited Cornwall on a camping trip. I love Cornwall, and we visited one of my very favourite castles, Tintagel! The weather was great (until the last night) and the tent had to be left behind because it began to leak….a lot…after being repaired :(. So, new tent next year I think. Thanks for the memories old tent.

As we run head first into autumn, the kids are back at school, there are events coming up and I am sure it will be winter before we all know it, I just wanted to say thank you again for following! Go make a nice cup of tea, grab a biscuit and a good book and have a well deserved rest ๐Ÿ˜‰
