Hey all! Hope this year is being good to you. It’s been very wet, and cold brrrrr but hopefully it’ll cheer up soon. We’ve had a bit of false spring, but it got the plants going. I’ve been out today to forage wild garlic, there’s loads of it in a spot where I walk my dog by the river, it covers the entire forest floor! You need to be careful though, there are bluebells and lords and ladies growing there too, it can be very easy to pick a leaf or something poisonous whilst collecting the garlic.
This morning, I finished an article and ordered some bookmarks for an upcoming show! The PASCIFY convention in Harrogate is now less than a month away. Being held on April 10/11th, there will be hundreds of authors, merch, cosplay, competitions, talks….so many things! I am beyond excited, and, fingers crossed, I get to take my newest book with me! Just waiting to sign off on the covers and then it’ll be off to print! I can’t wait to get it in my hands, and I’ll jump on here to post about it when it’s done. I really do need to learn how to organise this website too.

Last weekend, I had a table at the Mind, Body, Spirit fair at Crewe Alexandra Stadium. It’s an event which happens twice a year, by Crystal Spirit Events. I’ve done a few of their shows now, and they have been so much fun. I’ve met some amazing people, vendors and customers alike! There’s always someone interesting to talk to. My next MBS show isn’t until September, as I have a busy year lined up. I didn’t realise how busy until I was looking for a free weekend on my calendar.
Happy March, and I hope that the rest of the month is restful and smooth for you all. I know there are so many scary things going on right now in the world, and I won’t pretend to understand them all, but I will say, move forward in kindness, love and respect for yourselves and each other 😀 Blessed Be xxx
